A homeschool science game that is an actual space adventure
Space Force Spelling asks real science questions (the solar system, states of matter, habitats, weather, energy, the water cycle) while your kid flies a family ship between planets. Science answers refill the ship's oxygen, so the questions matter to the story.

Science topics your child meets
Earth and space
Which planet is closest to the Sun, why the planets orbit, what the study of weather is called, asked on planets that look the part.
Matter and energy
The three states of matter, melting and freezing, evaporation, what plants make during photosynthesis, what gas fills the atmosphere.
Living things
Habitats, life cycles, body systems and animals, with a Mix Lab mini-game where kids combine elements through themed packs like Water Cycle, Weather, Solar System and Energy.
Spelling and math too
The same adventure includes 4,000+ spelling words and 760+ math questions, so one game covers three subjects and one parent view shows them all.

Questions parents ask
Is it aligned to a grade level?
The curriculum spine runs K–6 with question banks that continue to grade 8 for science and math. Each question is tagged by grade, and the free Parent View shows which grade your child is working at in each subject.
Does the game cover states of matter?
Yes. States of matter, melting, freezing and evaporation appear in the science bank, and the Mix Lab arcade game has a States of Matter pack among its themed element packs.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Kids can play as a guest with progress saved on the device. A free parent account adds cross-device sync and the parent view.
Is it free for homeschoolers?
Yes, the whole game is free with no ads. Family Edition ($19.99 once) is an optional add-on for personalizing the crew and pasting your own word lists.
Family Edition: $19.99 once · not a subscription · grown-ups only
Family Edition lets a parent paste this week's word list, set family missions, and print a one-page cadet report for your records. It also puts your family in the game: a photo or a typed description becomes the crew's helmet portraits and a story cutscene still.
