How do we start playing?

Open the game, choose Play Game, then Story Mode for spelling, Arcade for short games, or World Mode to explore. Guests can play free without an account.

We paid but Family Edition isn't active

Sign in with the parent account used for checkout, then reopen the Family Edition page. If it is still locked, choose Purchase help above. Never include a card number in a report.

I can't sign in

Use password recovery. If recovery is unavailable, choose Account help above and describe the problem without including your password. Keep your receipt link for the team's next steps.
