Space Force Spelling · Effective 2026-07-12 · Version 2026-07-12

Kid-first product. By using Space Force Spelling you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are a parent creating an account for a child, you agree on their behalf.

1. The service

Space Force Spelling is an educational game (spelling, math, science) operated by GreenStopSign Services, LLC (Virginia, Entity ID 12062545). Optional multiplayer is for linked family members. Features may change. During beta, the game may have bugs, downtime, or data resets — we work hard to avoid loss, but we do not guarantee perfect uptime or permanence of every save. Contact: Help & feedback.

2. Accounts

3. Acceptable use

4. Kids, parents, and safety

5. Educational content

Curriculum content is designed to be helpful and adaptive, but it is not a school, not medical advice, and not a guarantee of grade-level outcomes. Placement quizzes and age settings only start the adaptive engine — the game keeps adjusting as kids play.

6. Virtual items

In-game currencies, skins, and cosmetics have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable, and may change. Optional Family Edition is $19.99 once for grown-ups (not a subscription). Classroom is $79 / 12 months for teachers. Kids never enter a card number. When checkout is open, Stripe handles the card; we never store cards. If a grown-up pays, the invoice name is GreenStopSign Services, LLC. Checkout may be closed; the free game stays fully playable.

7. Intellectual property

The game, art, story, code, and branding belong to the project operators and licensors. You may not copy, resell, or rebrand the game. You keep rights to content you submit (e.g. custom names) but grant us a license to host it for running the game.

8. Beta disclaimer

This is a free / hobby-scale educational project. Features may change, break, or go offline. We store account credentials and progress as described in the Privacy Policy. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (often $0 if free).

9. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, harm children, or break these Terms. Parent-initiated deletion removes the account and cascaded progress data we control.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes bump the version date. Continued use after notice means you accept the update; for new accounts, acceptance is required at signup.

11. Contact
